1. Products and prices


The prices are shown with each product. The prices include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping basket and the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change or modify pricing, products and service offerings at any time.

Gift vouchers for painting services are only for private customers. If you are interested inface or body painting commisions for your company project, advertising, event, show etc, ask for a quote by emailing or calling +358 50 350 7579.


2. Payment types

Private customers can choose their payment method from the available ones during the order process. The available payment methods are PayPal or Klarna Checkout payment service.

Finnish business customers with a VAT number can also request an invoice.


3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping method. The costs are automatically added to the total cost of the order in the shopping basket.

- Letter: 3,90 €. For small orders.
- Parcel: 5,90 €. Delivery to your nearest parcel pick up point.
- Matkahuolto: 10,00 €. Your order is delivered to the Matkahuolto service point of your choice (Siwa, Valintatalo or other)

Free delivery on orders over 120 euros.

You can also pick up the order. We recommend this to the art prints. If you want to pick up your order, call us +358 50 350 7579 or email in advance to make an appointment.

Other EU countries
- Priority maxi letter: 13,00 €. Depending on the destination country, Maxi Letters are either delivered on a standard delivery round (no signature required) or a notification of arrival is left with the addressee, in which case the item may be collected from the local Post Office

Free delivery on fine art prints.

Outside EU
Contact us on and we can see if we could arrange delivery to you.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Exception on the art prints, which are made to order. The delivery time for those depends on our subcontractors. Usually it's around two (2) weeks. You can ask for more information on this by emailing

We aim to remove the products that have been sold out from the webshop, but if a product you have ordered has sold out, we will inform you on this by email before delivery. We can dispatch the whole order once we have received the missing stock or we can send the first part of your order immediately and the missing item with a seperate delivery once we have stocked up. In that case we will have to charge delivery charges twice.


5. Returns policy

Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be refused a refund .

If you wish to return an item you should always first contact us by email or by phone +358 50 350 7579  in order to get the instructions for returns. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items otherwise. Not picking up the delivery or sending the goods back to us without contacting us first as instructed does not entitle you to a refund.

Finland: The customer is responsible for the return costs on items valued over 100 €. Other ones can be returned at our cost. We will refund the delivery costs too in case you wish to return the whole order. In case only some of the goods are returned, we will not refund the delivery costs.

EU customers: The customer is responsible for all return costs. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned items.


6. Faulty goods

All our items are carefully packed by hand, but should your order be damaged when you you receive it, contact us by email or by phone +358 50 350 7579  explaining the situation. Faulty items are exchanged for the same type of product subject to availability.

If the packaging has been damaged during shipping and the ordered items have been damanged due to that, immediately make an official complaint at the service point where you picked up the delivery. After this, contact us to explain the situation.


7. Events outside our control

Riina Laine Tmi will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by any act, event, omission, non-happening, or accident outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) industrial action, civil commotion, war, riot, terrorist act, fire, explosion, storm, flood, any natural disaster, impossibility of use of appropriate modes of transport, technological or communication problems (Force Majeure Event).


8. Privacy and personal information

When you create your account on Riina Laine Art Store and place an order through our site, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the products ordered and for other limited purposes. Personal information will be saved and treated with care, it will not be passed on to third parties. By signing in to your account on Riina Laine Art Store, you can view your details, check your previous orders and place new ones.

When you order an online course you give permission for us to send you course related emails and information on our services and tips for face and body painting in the future. You can unsubcribe to messaging anytime by clinking the unsubscribe link on the emails.

9. Copyright


The artist holds the copyright to the art prints and photos. Copyright is not transfered with the purchase of the print.
